个人简介 Personal Profile 刘波,同济大学物理科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师。2003年博士毕业于中国科学技术大学。长期从事闪烁体发光调控、新型核辐射探测技术、半导体物理与器件等研究方向。主持国家自然科学基金、JWKJW重点基础加强等课题10余项。在Advanced Materials、Physical Review B、Applied Physics Letters等学术期刊发表论文100余篇,引用超过800次,获得授权国家发明专利20余项,国际发明专利2项。开辟了光子人工微结构闪烁体研究方向,形成了独特的基于光子晶体荧光调控的闪烁探测技术能力,与合作单位研制的基于光子晶体闪烁体的核辐射探测器取得了关键性能突破,多次成功应用于国家重大科学试验,取得了关键试验数据。2021年获得中国辐射防护学会科技进步一等奖(排名第一)。担任中国核学会辐射物理分会理事;中国材料与试验团体标准委员会光学晶体标准化技术委员会委员;《人工晶体学报》、《现代应用物理》青年编委。 研究方向Research Directions 闪烁体发光调控,核辐射探测技术,半导体物理与器件 2. 机电结构优化与控制 研究内容:在对机电结构进行分析和优化的基础上,运用控制理论进行结构参数的调整,使结构性能满足设计要求。1. 仿生结构材料拓扑优化设计, 仿生机械设计 研究内容:以仿生结构为研究对象,运用连续体结构拓扑优化设计理论和方法,对多相仿生结构(机构)材料进行2. 机电结构优化与控制 研究内容:在对机电结构进行分析和优化的基础上,运用控制理论进行结构参数的调整,使结构性能满足设计要求。1. 仿生结构材料拓扑优化设计, 仿生机械设计 研究内容:以仿生结构为研究对象,运用连续体结构拓扑优化设计理论和方法,对多相仿生结构(机构)材料进行整体布局设计。 整体布局设计。 科研项目 主持国家自然科学基金、JWKJW重点基础加强等课题10余项。 研究成果 [1]M.
