综合介绍 General Introduction 马彦昭、男、副教授、博士生导师。分别于2005年、2007年、2012年在西安交通大学电子科学与技术专业获得本科、硕士、博士学位。主要从事模拟/混合集成电路设计方面研究工作,主要包含电源管理集成电路(DC-DC、LDO、电荷泵)、无线充电、能量收集等。以第一作者/通讯作者在IEEE SSC-L、IEEE TPEL、IEEE TBioCAS、IEEE TCAS-II、IEEE TVLSI等国际期刊和IEEE ISCAS等国际会议上发表学术论文30余篇,主持国家自然科学基金等纵向课题和企业委托横向课题10余项。获授权国家发明专利10项,实现专利成果转化2项。担任IEEE JSSC/TPEL/TIE/TCAS-I/TCAS-II/TVLSI等国际期刊审稿人。指导学生参加全国大学生集成电路创新创业大赛,获国家级奖项7项。指导研究生参加“华为杯”中国研究生创“芯”大赛,获国家级奖项6项。 个人相册
