基于多模态磁共振影像和肠道菌群分析,采用人脑连接组学、微生物组学、机器学习等技术,研究人脑结构及功能网络的拓扑属性和“脑-肠-微生物轴”理论,分析人脑复杂网络及肠道菌群结构在发育及老化过程的变化规律,研究脑重大疾病(老年期痴呆、帕金森症、抑郁症、精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、焦虑症等)对脑结构及功能、肠道菌群的损伤机制以及智能辅助诊断系统。2.
