教育教学

科学研究 Scientific Research     主要展开毫米波/射频/模拟集成电路设计、低功耗集成传感系统、集成无线自供电系统等的基础科学研究和产业工程研究。主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技创新、陕西省自然科学基金面上项目、深圳科技创新计划项目等多项国家级和省部级项目,以及高校重大合作计划等科研院所和企业大量横向课题。
