综合介绍 General Introduction 常智勇,工学博士,教授,西北工业大学机电学院,航空宇航制造工程系主任,加拿大Concordia University访问学者,“计算机集成制造系统”期刊理事会理事, “NPU-SAIC数字化设计制造技术联合研究中心”负责人,中国机械工程学会高级会员。自1997年以来,长期从事计算机辅助设计与制造(CAD/CAE/CAM)、航空复杂产品高性能制造等领域的科学研究、技术开发和应用推广工作。主持国家自然科学基金、863计划、APTD航空推进技术验证计划等国家级和省部级项目十余项。在ASME TRANSACTIONS, Journal of Manufacturing Science & Engineering, Computer-Aided Design等国内外高水平期刊和国际会议上发表论文百余篇。主编/参编出版三部教材和专业书籍,授权发明专利十余项。获国防科学技术进步奖、机械工业科学技术进步奖等多次奖励。开发成果在中航工业燃气涡轮研究院、成都飞机工业(集团)公司,中国航发南方公司、黎明公司等航空设计/制造企业投入实用。 主要研究方向:2 计算机辅助设计、分析及制造2 复杂零件快速精确建模2 复杂曲面的多轴数控路径编程及优化2 加工测量一体化技术2 复杂产品智能加工和装配技术 荣誉获奖:2 Xxxxx装配数字化系统开发与应用。2009年,国防科学技术进步三等奖,第一完成人2 面向铸造行业的网络化制造ASP平台开发及应用。2006年,机械工业科学技术进步三等奖,第三完成人2 激光切割样板新技术开发及应用。2005年,陕西省信息产业科技成果二等奖,第二完成人2 计算机辅助几何造型技术,2013年,入选普通高等教育“十一五”国家级规划教材,主编2 三轴加工中通用刀具扫描体生成算法,2015年,西北工业大学优秀本科毕业设计,指导教师2 航空发动机装配计划决策与控制研究,2014年,西北工业大学优秀硕士学位论文,指导教师2 最大刀具切削轴流式整体叶盘的几何理论和工艺方法,2018年,西北工业大学优秀硕士学位论文,指导教师2 计算机辅助几何造型技术,2011年,西北工业大学优秀教材奖,第二完成人 社会兼职:2 中国机械工程学会高级会员2 “计算机集成制造系统CIMS”期刊理事会理事2 NPU-SAIC数字化设计制造技术联合研究中心负责人2 国家自然科学基金评审专家2 国际制造领域著名期刊审稿人2 陕西省科技专家库成员2 江西省科技项目和人才评审专家 高水平期刊论文1.
