科学研究

学术成果

学术成果 Academic Achievements 担任国际标准化组织ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 29中国代表团专家,IEEE电路系统协会多媒体系统与应用技术委员会(MSA-TC)委员,IEEE信号处理协会多媒体信号处理技术委员会(MMSP-TC)副委员,中国(陕西)广播电视媒体融合发展创新中心专家委员会委员,曾担任ICME2020技术委员会主席。持续参与视频编码、点云压缩等国际国内标准化工作,已有近十项技术被国际国内标准采纳。发表论文逾百篇。论著[1] 万帅,杨付正《快速傅立叶变换:算法与应用》,机械工业出版社,2013年3月。(注:美国得克萨斯大学教授K. R.
