综合介绍 General Introduction 李立欣，教授，博士生导师，通信工程系主任，“通信工程”国家级一流本科专业执行负责人。任陕西省航空学会理事、中国航空学会人工智能技术分会委员。主要从事5G/6G无线通信、空天地一体化通信系统、人工智能与无线通信等交叉领域的研究工作。主持国家级/省部级课题30余项，在国内外顶级期刊/会议发表论文200余篇，出版中英文专著/教材5本，授权发明专利30余项。长期担任《航空学报》等多项期刊编委、四十余种国内外重要学术期刊的审稿人和国际学术会议程序委员会委员。获陕西省技术发明奖二等奖（2022）、中国航空学会科学技术奖二等奖（2022）、陕西高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果奖二等奖(2023)、陕西省高等教育教学成果一等奖（2019）、陕西省普通高等学校优秀教材一等奖（2016），陕西省航空学会科学技术一等奖（2022）。入选斯坦福2022全球前2%顶尖科学家（World's Top 2% Scientists）。 个人相册

综合介绍

科学研究 Scientific Research        近年来一直从事无线通信、人工智能、空天地通信系统、群体智能与博弈对抗等相关理论与技术研究，主持国家级、省部级等课题30余项。与多家科研院所合作开展航空、航天、兵工等领域科研项目20余项，解决了多个关键技术难题，部分成果得到型号应用。      在顶级期刊和会议 IEEE Journals on Selected Areas on Communications、IEEE Internet of Things Journal、IEEE Trans. Wireless Communications、IEEE Trans. Communications、IEEE Trans. Neural Networks and Learning Systems、IEEE Trans.
