科学研究 Scientific Research 研究方向:一、微波毫米波器件与天线微波毫米波器件(滤波器、多工器、功分器、耦合器、放大器、移相器、衰减器、混频器、PLL锁相源...)微波毫米波多器件功能融合技术(滤波开关、滤波功分器...)天线技术(多波束天线、相控阵天线、平板阵列天线...)二、微波毫米波集成电路与微系统硅基工艺微波毫米波集成电路与微系统基于SiGe BiCMOS、CMOS、SOI CMOS等硅基工艺的微波毫米波单片集成多通道宽带幅相调控收发芯片以及片上集成移相器、衰减器、可变增益放大器、开关、低噪声放大器、功率放大器、功分器等关键器件。微同轴线工艺毫米波器件、天线与系统异构集成技术(PolyStrata电化学增材制造技术)嵌入式晶圆封装技术(eWLP)三、雷达技术亚毫米波调频连续波雷达毫米波防碰撞雷达雷达射频前端收发机主持项目:   近年主持国家级重点项目、国家自然科学基金、陕西省自然科学基金、上海航天科技创新基金以及航天科技院所委托项目等20余项,项目经费充足。
