科学研究 Scientific Research 王红月博士,西北工业大学材料学院副教授,博士生导师。2015年在法国巴黎第六大学,巴黎高科-巴黎市工业物理化学高等工程师学院(ESPCI)获得博士学位,随后在法国巴黎第十一大学,纳米科学与纳米技术中心从事博士后研究。目前主要从事纳米光电器件的开发,包括超材料发光二极管、单量子点隧道结和荧光传感薄膜等。
