科学研究

科学研究 Scientific Research 大规模合成石墨烯量子点,及其能带结构调控,连续调控荧光发出蓝光、绿光、黄光、橙光直到红光。此外,系统性调控能带结构和禁带宽度适用于可控光催化制氢等能源转化反应。深度优化收窄禁带宽度,增强光生电子空穴对分离能力和吸光性能可显著提高光催化反应的能源转化效率。团队研发生产的石墨烯量子点可以作为石墨烯等二维材料的插层剥离剂,以物理超声机械剥离原料粉末而产生单原子层的二维材料,并构成了0维?2维范德华异质结。经亲核试剂氮硫原子掺杂后的石墨烯量子点具有较窄的带隙和较强的光吸收能力,可以有效地进行光生电子空穴对的分离,促进电荷的传输转移,同时能增强光电协同效应,并加以优异的吸附性能,从而产生高效的光电解水制氢的性能,实现了低成本的可再生清洁能源。调控价带导带结构,通过连接共轭多环芳烃扩大π电子系统或嫁接供电子基团引入π和π*轨道之间的n轨道实现。电化学表征价带导带能带带隙和n-型/p-型半导体结构。分子内p-n节异质结Z-scheme调控电子空穴分离,促进载流子寿命延长以及增强其催化活性。
