王京

综合介绍 General Introduction 王京博士(https://www.scopus.com/authid/detail.uri?authorId=57200917883)曾跟随无创产前诊断之父、卢煜明院士从事重大疾病相关无创基因诊断技术的原创研究。课题组聚焦传染疾病诊断相关领域的研究热点及前沿问题,针对肿瘤等重大疾病的防治难题,开展基于CRISPR/Cas技术和纳米材料的可视化分析方法的研究,探索具有临床应用潜力的无创诊断技术。在CRISPR基因检测平台建设、新探针开发与核酸扩增新方法探索等方面取得了阶段性进展,开发了一系列肿瘤可视化筛查平台,在Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Analytical Chemistry等高水平期刊上发表论文30余篇,申请中国专利15项,授权10项。 个人相册
