学术成果

科学研究 Scientific Research 有机硼化学:手性有机硼化合物作为有机合成的重要中间体,可以应用于Suzuki反应等,也可以转化为O、N、F等官能团,在药物和天然产物的合成中发挥着重要作用,同时,这类化合物的生物活性也受到越来越多的关注(例如Velcade、Crisaborole等),高选择性地合成有机硼类化合物具有重要的意义。团队致力于开发新型、高效的有机硼化合物合成方法。抗肿瘤小分子药物设计与合成:癌症严重威胁着人类的健康,而在中国,癌症已经成为最主要的死亡原因之一。癌症已经成为一个重要的公共卫生问题,其治疗措施一直是科学家研究的重点 。团队致力于开发含硼类抗肿瘤小分子化合物。
