科学研究 Scientific Research      本课题组主要从事超快生物光子学研究,针对光敏剂激发态动力学行为调控的关键问题,从激发态行为量化方法(新技术)、调控策略(新机制)到精准诊疗(新应用)三个层面展开研究,取得如下创新成果:(1)利用飞秒瞬态光谱技术,突破长期困扰光敏剂激发态行为探测与量化的难题,为激发态行为研究提供关键工具和理论基础;(2)将激发态行为参数融入传统构效关系分析,阐明构型变化对激发态行为调控的关键作用,提出构型调控机制,实现激发态系间窜越效率几乎从0到100%的巨大提升;提出激发态再吸收机制,开启近红外光声成像新模式,降低所需激光强度至少6个量级;(3)依据构型调控新机制,构建系间窜越可逆开关的光敏剂,实现光诊疗性能的精准调控,为解决光敏剂在体内滞留所导致的光毒性难题提供新方案。上述研究沿着“分子结构-激发态动力学行为-光学性能”这一研究主线,从微观分子角度深入认识材料激发态动力学行为,实现高性能医学光功能材料的理性设计及功能强化。近五年以第一作者或通讯作者在Adv.  Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Acc. Chem. Res., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (5篇), Adv. Funct. Mater.等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,其中5篇文章为ESI高被引论文。主持国家级项目2项,省部级项目5项。任中国光学学会“生物医学光子学专业委员会”青年委员,卓越计划高起点BMEMat 期刊青年编委,中国激光杂志社和《中国激光》期刊青年编委。主持项目1、国家自然科学基金面上项目,2022-2025,主持2、西北工业大学“翱翔新星”,2023-2024,  主持3、西北工业大学基础研究创新能力专项项目,2022-2023,  主持4、宁波市自然科学基金重点项目,2021-2024,  主持5、国家自然科学基金青年项目,2021-2023,主持
