教育教学

科学研究 Scientific Research 主要从事代谢酶及生物小分子荧光探针的开发,并将其应用于复杂生物体系中酶活性原位检测、相关疾病预诊、代谢酶抑制剂和高表达菌群的高通量筛选等诸多实用领域。同时致力于开发具备优良光动力/光热效率的新型小分子光敏剂/光热转换剂,并结合肿瘤内高表达酶或生物小分子的反应特性,实现肿瘤部位可激活响应,建立肿瘤诊疗一体化系统。主持项目:     (1)中国博士后科学基金-面上项目,2021M692646,2021-01至2022-12,8万元     (2)国家自然科学基金-青年科学基金项目,32101202,2022-01至2024-12,30万元     (3)中央高校基本科研业务费资助项目(军工科研条件建设培育项目,D5000230153),2023-01至2023-12,30万元     (4)西北工业大学新进教师科研启动费,2023-09至2025-08,20万元参加项目:     (1)国家重点研发计划,2018YFC1603001,生鲜食品中混合污染物联合毒性效应评价及风险评估技术研究-基于联合效应的混合污染物广谱筛查与检测技术研究,2018-12至2021-12,115万元     (2)国家自然科学基金-面上项目,21572029,人源羧酸酯酶1亚型选择性荧光探针设计、合成与生物学应用,2016-01至2019-12,65万元
