团队信息 Team Information 团队主要依托西北工业大学建设的光场调控与信息感知工信部重点实验室、超常条件物理与化学教育部重点实验室、陕西省光信息技术重点实验室以及西北工业大学“分析测试中心”等平台。拥有功能完备的光学超净室、光学样品化学处理室、光学仪器设备研制和装配室等不同功能实验室,并配备了不同波段的连续和脉冲激光器光源、(低温)荧光光谱显微系统、可见光与红外光谱仪、超快泵浦-探测显微透射系统以及红外光电子器件测试系统等。

综合介绍

综合介绍 General Introduction 瞿俊伶,教授,博导,国家级青年人才(海外),西北工业大学“翱翔海外学者”。围绕半导体胶体纳米晶光电子材料、器件和系统开展研究工作,发表学术论文30余篇,包括以第一作者发表的《Nature Photonics》、《Nano Letters》等顶级学术期刊论文,SCI他引500余次,授权国家发明专利3项。研究成果的原创性与科学价值获得包括加拿大工程院院士、瑞士工程科学院院士、OSA/IEEE/APS/JSAP Fellow等在内的多名国际知名学者的跟踪引用和正面评价。所实现的2 μm以上波长中红外纳米晶电致发光的研究工作发表于《Nature Photonics》,并被期刊网站选为当月背景图片,同时被法国国家科学研究中心和法国SOLEIL同步辐射光源官网引用并作了专题报道。 个人相册
