学术成果

科学研究 Scientific Research 主要研发具有极端热学性质的材料:研发高性能热电材料及器件,实现热能到电能的直接转换,材料以硫族化合物为主,包括单晶及多晶。寻找具有极低热导率的热绝缘材料,并结合定向凝固等方法制备多孔结构进一步实现材料的轻质化。开发具有超高热导率的热管理材料。通过球差电镜、三维原子探针等手段研究上述各种材料的微观组织结构,基于第一性原理明确组织结构和性能之间的关系。
