He earned a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the School of Management at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei, China. Before joining JUST, he held positions as Head/Assistant Professor of Management at the Institute of Southern Punjab, Pakistan, and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Jiangsu University (JU), China. His research focuses on negative events, emotions, and unethical behaviors in organizations.
