基本信息   石振国 教授、博士生导师 国家级青年人才计划入选者、岳麓学者、欧盟玛丽居里学者   地址:湖南大学土木工程学院,410082,长沙,湖南, 中国   邮箱:zshi@hnu.edu.cn       Zhenguo Shi Full Professor    College of Civil Engineering, Hunan University, 410082 Changsha, Hunan, China   Links: ‪‪Google Scholar‬ | Researchgate | Scopus | LinkedIn   个人简介 石振国,国家级高层次青年人才计划入选者,现任湖南大学土木工程学院教授,博士生导师。他曾在法国、丹麦、挪威、瑞士和德国多个国家的知名高校、研究所和企业进行学习和工作,在水泥混凝土领域拥有超过连续12年的海外学习和工作经历。2012年石博士同时分别获得湖南大学和法国国立路桥学校(ENPC)结构工程和材料科学双硕士学位。2013至2017年他在丹麦奥胡斯大学化学系及纳米交叉学科中心(iNANO)攻读博士学位,并于2016年获得博士学位,之后进行博士后研究。期间他多次前往瑞士联邦材料科学与技术研究所(Empa)和挪威科技大学(NTNU)进行交流访问。2017至2021年,他在瑞士Empa从事博士后研究,并于2018年获得“玛丽居里学者”称号。2021至2024年石博士担任德国海德堡材料集团全球研发中心科学家和项目经理。2024年他辞去海外永久职务,全职回国工作。   石博士的主要研究方向为低碳水泥胶凝材料及其耐久性,他已在Cement and Concrete Research(CCR)等期刊上发表SCI论文40篇,其中在水泥混凝土领域最顶级期刊CCR上发表论文17篇。发表的论文累计被引用4000余次,h-因子为30。   Biography Prof. Shi, recipient of the funding from the National High-level Youth Talents Program, currently works at the College of Civil Engineering, Hunan University. He has studied and worked at renowned universities, research institutes, and enterprises in multiple countries including France, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, and Germany, accumulating over 12 consecutive years of overseas research experience in the field of cement and concrete materials. In 2012, he obtained dual master's degrees in Structural Engineering and Materials Science from Hunan University in China and École des Ponts ParisTech (ENPC) in France, respectively. From 2013 to 2017, he pursued a doctoral degree in the Department of Chemistry and the Interdisciplinary Nanoscience Center (iNANO) at Aarhus University, Denmark, graduating in 2016 and subsequently conducting postdoctoral research in the same group. During this period, he made multiple visits for exchange and research at the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology (Empa) and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). From 2017 to 2021, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Empa in Switzerland, and in 2018, he was awarded the prestigious "Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow". From 2021 to 2024, he worked as a Research Scientist and the Project Manager of the New Opportunities AltCem at the Global R&D of Heidelberg Materials AG in Germany. From 2024, he resigned from his position abroad and returned to China to work full-time.   His main research direction focuses on low-carbon cementitious materials and their durability. He has published 40 SCI papers in journals such as Cement and Concrete Research (CCR), with 17 papers published in the top-tier journal CCR in the field of cement concrete. His publications have been cited over 4000 times, with an h-index of 30.
