基本信息 王晓霞,湖南大学材料科学与工程学院副教授,2017年博士毕业于湖南大学,导师为潘安练教授,2018-2020年在德国莱布尼兹固体与材料研究所做洪堡学者,合作导师为德国科学院院士Oliver G. Schmidt教授。主要研究领域为基于低维半导体材料的高性能片上光子器件构建,实现了硅基亚波长高增益通讯光放大器,发展了大面积片上可集成激光器阵列,目前已在相关领域共发表学术论文40余篇,并以第一作者在PRL, ACS Nano,JACS等杂志发表多篇高水平论文,论文总引用1700余次,H-index~17。目前主持并参与多项国家自然科学青年基金、面上项目以及中德“面向片上集成半导体纳米结构光子学”合作实验室等重点科研项目。曾获2015年研究生国家奖学金、湖南大学校长教学金以及2018年洪堡奖学金等。 课题组依托湖南光电集成创新研究院,具有国际一流的实验平台和仪器设备,与美国、德国、澳大利亚等国际建立了长期稳定的合作关系,优秀者可直接通过实验室的国际联合项目出国学习!欢迎具有材料、物理、化学等背景的学生加入! 教育背景教育背景 2018-2020,德国莱布尼兹固体与材料研究所,洪堡学者,合作导师:Oliver G.
