个人简介Personal Profile 孔伟娜,副教授,硕士生导师 个人简历: 2013年毕业于西北大学生命科学学院,获得理学博士学位。同年赴加拿大曼尼托巴大学进行博士后研究。2014年进入西北大学生命科学学院工作,现任副教授职位。本课题组主要从事分子微生物学研究。 研究领域: 病原菌致病机理及耐药机理研究,新抗菌靶点开发,微生物基因工程改造及应用。 主持科研项目: 国家自然科学基金面上项目,c-di-GMP合成酶PA1851调控铜绿假单胞菌急慢性感染相关表型的分子机制,2024.1-2027.12 国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,铜绿假单胞菌中c-di-GMP信号途径的调控机制及其与慢性感染的关系,2016.1-2018.12 陕西省自然科学基础研究计划项目面上项目,铜绿假单胞菌中c-di-GMP代谢酶的特异性调控分子机制研究,2020.1-2021.12 陕西省自然科学基础研究计划项目青年人才项目,铜绿假单胞菌中VI型分泌系统转录调控因子的筛选及功能研究,2016.1-2017.12 陕西省教育厅自然科学专项基金项目,铜绿假单胞菌急慢性感染转换调控基因的筛选及功能研究,2015.1-2016.12 陕西基础研究科学院科研计划项目青年项目,c-di-GMP代谢酶调控铜绿假单胞菌致病性的分子机制,2023.1-2024.12 发表论文: 1.
