马德伟

个人简介 2004年浙江大学材料系博士毕业(导师:叶志镇院士),2008年复旦大学物理系博士后出站(合作导师:封东来院士)。2008年4月来我校理学院物理系工作,期间曾于2014.5-2015.5到美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校、2017.9-2018.7到南京大学物理学院访学。主要从事半导体光电材料、薄膜材料、特种玻璃以及太阳能电池、发光二极管、光催化器件等研究。 教学与课程 原子物理学、微纳器件与制造(研究生)、纳米光子学及器件、大学物理、大学物理实验等 科研成果     发表SCI收录论文50多篇,被SCI源刊引用1300多次,授权中国发明专利5项。部分发表论文如下:1.
