个人简介:Personal Profile 个人简介:刘文康,河南省郸城县人,西安电子科技大学副教授,硕士生导师,西电华山菁英系列岗位,"雷达成像算法探索团队"学术骨干。研究方向主要有星载合成孔径雷达体制设计、雷达成像算法研究、波形设计、海洋遥感新体制、遥感交叉领域等。主持了国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、JCJQ计划重点项目子课题、HY计划、自然资源部海洋遥测技术创新中心开放基金、西电交叉学科培育项目等项目,与航天科技集团五院、电子科技集团等相关科研单位开展横向项目多项。目前作为技术负责人研发首颗高轨SAR卫星的地面成像处理与校正软件系统模块。发表学术论文30篇,其中以第一作者/通信作者发表高质量SCI论文10余篇。担任TGRS, JSTARS, GRS Lett.,《雷达学报》等雷达/遥感领域高质量期刊审稿人。曾获校级优秀博士论文,CSC-DAAD中德联合博士后奖学金,入选年度“雷达未来之星”。主讲本科生课程《场论与复变函数》、共同主讲《数字图像处理》课程。欢迎对Cutting-edge科研有热情、有毅力的同学加入团队! 教育和工作经历:2011.08-2015.06,就读于西安电子科技大学,电子信息工程专业(卓越工程师方向)。2015.08-2020.12,在西安电子科技大学雷达信号处理国家重点实验室攻读博士学位(导师为邢孟道、孙光才教授),研究方向主要是中高轨合成孔径雷达成像体制与处理技术。2019.11-2020.11,赴意大利那不勒斯帕斯诺普大学访学,与帕斯诺普大学Vito Pasazio, Gilda Schirinzi, Alessandra Budillon 教授合作开展多航过层析成像质量提升技术研究。与意大利CNR-IREA国家实验室的Gianfranco Fornaro教授一起开展多航过图像相干合成技术研究。2021.01至今,加入西安电子科技大学前沿交叉研究院,受聘为“华山菁英副教授”岗位。2021.06,曾获得中德CSC-DAAD联合奖学金资助,收到德国慕尼黑工业大学和德国航空航天中心的博士后邀请,合作导师为德国航空航天中心微波雷达中心主任Alberto Moreira教授(未成行)。2022.08,晋升为前沿交叉研究院副教授。 发表论文:第一作者论文:(共14篇,其中SCI论文6篇)[1]     Wenkang Liu, Alessandra Budillon, Vito Pascazio, Gilda Schirinzi, and Mengdao Xing, "Performance Improvement for SAR Tomography Based on Local Plane Model", IEEE J. DOI:10.26914/c.cnkihy.2022.019415.,团队成员Research Group 雷达成像团队 西电雷达成像团队负责人为邢孟道教授;西电雷达成像团队的前身是1997年保铮院士发起成立的雷达成像研究小组,成立之初,雷达遥感成像技术的发展主要依托我校的信息与通信工程一级学科,在此期间,重点攻克了机载合成孔径雷达运动补偿成像问题,并且于2005年同保铮院士和王彤教授共同编撰《雷达成像技术》专著。随着科研成果的展现、研究队伍的壮大以及人才培养的需要,2007年成立雷达成像研究室,邢孟道教授担任研究室负责人,负责开拓星载/弹载合成孔径雷达成像的研究方向,在此期间,研究成果丰硕,并在IEEE GRSM、TGRS、TSP、GRSL、JSTAR等国际遥感期刊发表系列论文,出版了《雷达信号处理基础》和《雷达成像算法进展》等学术专著,并且在2010年由邢孟道教授牵头成立我校的遥感科学与技术专业,2019年成立遥感科学与技术系。我校遥感技术学科不断优化科研内容,研究领域由最初的雷达遥感逐步向人工智能、光学遥感、电子科学、计算机科学、测绘科学、空间科学以及其他学科交叉融合发展。 孙光才 邢孟道
