个人简介：Personal Profile 孙静，陕西西安人，工学博士，讲师，硕士生导师。2015年7月至2020年12月，西安电子科技大学，博士，材料物理与化学专业，师从马晓华教授；2019年10月至2020年10月，Northwestern University，博士联合培养，导师John A. Rogers；2011年8月至2015年7月，西安电子科技大学，电子科学与技术专业，本科。长期从事宽禁带半导体材料与器件、新型信息存储技术等方面的研究。先后主持了国家自然科学基金青年项目、陕西省自然科学基础研究计划青年项目、广东省基础与应用基础研究项目、中央高校基本业务费等，参与了多项国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金面上项目等。以第一作者身份在"Small"、“Applied Surface Science”“IEEE Electron Device Letters”等国际期刊上发表论文近十篇，部分研究成果被IEEE Spectrum等网站作为研究亮点进行报道，此外还担任多个著名期刊的审稿人。欢迎有志于宽禁带半导体材料与器件、新型信息存储等方向的研究生咨询与加盟！部分研究成果：1.
