Personal profileMy name is Dr-ILTAF KHAN from Pakistan and currently, I am working as a full-time associate professor at the School of Environmental and Chemical Engineering, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, P. R. China. Adding more, I got my Ph.D. degree from the International Joint Research Center and Lab for Catalytic Technology, Heilongjiang University, Harbin, China, and completed my post-doc at Beijing University of Aeronautics Astronautics. Moreover, my research direction is “The synthesis of novel and visible light active nanomaterials and its utilization for CO2 conversion into useful products. Besides this, I had a straight A-grade in my academic career. Furthermore, I have also won two research projects funding including “The Beijing Postdoctoral International Exchange Funding Project and Beijing Postdoctoral Research Activities Funding. Besides these, I have published more than 40 research articles in good SCI journals with high impact factors, including Catalysis Science & Technology (IF 6.1), Environmental Research (6.5) Materials Research Bulletin (IF 4.6), Applied Catalysis B Environmental (IF 19.50), Chinese Journal of Catalysis (IF 8.2), Catalysis Today (IF 6.1) and so on.Statement of Research IntentOver the last few years, I had the chance to work on the synthesis of novel nanomaterials and their employment for CO2 conversion and environmental remediation. The project was very fruitful so far and gave me the chance to work in this newly emerging field. I really enjoyed it, and it gave me many ideas for my future research plan. Impressed by this, we have designed a novel research project i.e. “Accelerating CO2 photocatalytic reduction into useful products via visible-light active MOF-supported dual atom catalysts”. 研究方向 Statement of Research IntentOver the last few years, I had the chance to work on the synthesis of novel nanomaterials and their employment for CO2 conversion and environmental remediation.
