个人简介 阮航博士于2004~2011年在南京大学分别获得生物学学士学位，生态学硕士学位；2011~2014年在北京诺禾致源从事生物信息研发工程师工作；2014~2017年在复旦大学，师从华人遗传学家谷迅（Xun Gu），获得生物信息学博士学位；2017~2020年在美国得州大学休斯敦健康科学中心从事博士后研究工作，合作导师韩冷（Leng Han）教授；2020年12月加盟苏州大学生物医学研究院，任教授。阮博士在工业界和国内外学术界长期从事生物信息学相关研究，现主要研究方向为使用遗传统计学方法和人工智能技术进行免疫相关复杂疾病的转录组等多组学大数据分析，为理解相关疾病的遗传基础、分子机制和诊断治疗提供数据参考。发表论文二十余篇，累计被引用超过1600次。代表性论文 (近五年):Ruan, H.*, Wang, PC., & Han, L.* (2022). Characterization of circular RNAs with advanced sequencing technologies in human complex diseases. Wiley Interdisciplinary Reviews: RNA, 14(1), e1759. (IF = 9.35)Ruan, H.*, Li, Q., Liu, Y., Liu, Y., Lussier, C., ... & Han, L.* (2021).
