肖儒雅，河南平顶山人，中共党员，青年教授，博士生导师，入选河海大学“大禹学者”（第四层次）。2015年获河海大学工学博士学位，2012-2013年于香港中文大学太空与地球信息科学研究所(ISEIS, CUHK)联合培养，2018-2020年英国纽卡斯尔大学(Newcastle University, UK)访问学者。主要从事卫星大地测量、影像大地测量Imaging Geodesy相关研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、自然资源部重点实验室开放基金、水利部重点实验室开放基金、中央高校基本科研业务费等项目，作为项目骨干参与国家重点研发计划项目、国家科技支撑计划项目等。发表学术研究论文40余篇，1篇论文入选Web of Science高被引论文，6篇论文入选中国知网“高影响力论文”。担任《测绘学报》、《地球物理学报》、《遥感学报》、《武汉大学学报信息科学版》、《自然灾害学报》、《雷达学报》、Remote Sensing of Environment、IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing、International Journal of Applied Earth Observation and Geoinformation、International Journal of Digital Earth、Remote Sensing、IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing、International Journal of
