She received the B. S. and M. S. degrees from Zhejiang University, China,in 1991 and 1996 respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Tianjin University,China, in 2009, all in electrical engineering. She is currently a professor in theSchool of Electrical and Information Engineering, Tianjin University, China. Sheis a doctoral supervisor in two engineering fields, Electrical Engineering and ControlScience and Engineering.
