S. from Henan university, Kaifeng, China in 2012 and M. S. from Henan University of Technology, Zhengzhou, China in 2010. Now I am a lecturer with Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics, Tianjin University. My research interests are focused on the solid thin film, dielectric ceramics and devices.
