个人简介 王旎,硕士生导师,苏州大学材料与化学化工学部化工学院助理研究员。主要从事食品生物技术相关研究工作,致力于食品工程与化学工程领域的交叉创新,围绕益生菌的开发利用、乳品加工过程中腐败细菌的防控等方向开展多项科学研究。近五年主要从事奶粉加工过程中嗜热菌生物膜的形成机制与防控策略、乳品加工中的结垢及其清洗、益生菌作用机制及开拓性应用等研究,在食品微生物学、分子生物学、乳品科学等研究领域积累了丰富的理论知识和实践经验。目前已发表第一作者SCI论文十余篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目1项、江苏省高等学校自然科学基金面上项目A类1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目等2项。 代表论著:[1] Ni Wang; Juan Wang; Peng Wu; Haihua Cong; Saartje Hernalsteens; Xiao Dong Chen.
